The app, including its original content, features, and functionality, are and will remain the exclusive property of Posture Pal and its licensors.

5. User-Generated Data

All data generated by your use of the app remains your property. We claim no ownership over your personal posture statistics.

In no event shall Posture Pal, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, personal injury or loss of data, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the app.
